Auto adjust your monitor brightness

Do you spend lots of time in front of a computer? Do you want to protect your eyes from the harmful radiation? Well many software professionals and general internet users wear thick spectacles. Social networking sites have changed our lifestyle and we spend more time in front of a desktop PC than Television.

Generally during day time I keep my laptop brightness at the highest point just to reflect the direct sunlight falling on the screen but during the night I have to readjust at a much lower level.

F.lux is a great tool which automatically adjust the glow and light of your Monitor screen. It automatically make desired changes to light. It decreases the total strain on your eyes. After installing it You don’t have to do anything. Just sit, work and relax.

Its a free software available for Windows XP/Vista/7, Apple MAC OS and Linux users. Already 5,000+ Facebook users liked it so you can give a try.

Right now I wear zero number anti-glare  glasses too. Try it and tell me How it works for you.

As far as I’m concerned, this soft. wasted and damaged my screen to the point of making it useless. It seems that the frequent switching from one temperature of the screen to another can lead to damaging the screen.
