The best things which I really like about Google Chrome are flexibility, fast and its quite famous Incognito mode and I use it frequently. For those who are new to it, Incognito means having one’s identity concealed, as under an assumed name (English meaning) and in Chrome it means your activity or browsing session will not be saved and every data including cookies or cache will be flushed.
Now the question is When do I use it? Generally When I check my Ads publisher accounts or PayPal or any other secure site.
Now other browser like Firefox and Safari also supports Private Browsing feature but I am not very satisfied with them. There is reason.
In case of Firefox private browsing, you can use all your toolbars or installed plugin. So I think Mozilla is not very serious about our data security since these are third party applications.
By default during Google Incognito mode, your all extensions or addons are disabled whether it is build by Google team itself. This is just to protect your privacy and prevent the leak of any information.
But you can enable your favorite extensions by going into extension manager under the Wrench symbol menu.
So the question is Should we use them during our private surfing mode? Well I think it depends upon type of plugin you are using. If you are using a addon which interacts with outside 3rd party site then I suggest you not use such plugin. Because nobody knows what can happen to your PC. According to recent reports- Many people share their private information publicly and this leads to hacking of accounts.
So its your data choose your options wisely. I suggest you not use any.
