Next Google PageRank update schedule
I am sure everyone who is reading this page must be aware about PageRank (PR) and its importance. Google PageRank adds value to website Search Engine Ranking (SERP). There are many other factors too like back links, website age, popularity and more which is important for SERP.
Pagerank have a range from 0-10. A site with PR 0 is least important and the site with PageRank- 10 is the most important in the eye of Google.
Google PageRank Update Schedule for the year 2010 –

| First 2010 PageRank (PR) Update | 31 March – 3 April 2010 |
| Second 2010 PageRank (PR) Update | 30 June – 7 July 2010 |
| Third 2010 PageRank (PR) Update | 31 September – 7 October 2010 |
| Fourth 2010 PageRank (PR) Update | 31 December – 2 January 2011 |
The above data is the assumption based on previous PR updates. Google Generally updates website or blog PageRank PR 4 times in a year. All these updates are major PR updates. Every month Google also do minor PageRank updates for every site.
*Well this time they have delayed the process but it might happen in the month of April. Please focus more on content than PR. They already know that people are crazy for it and use it to sell links which is not allowed.
[Quick Update] As you know Google has already done some backlinks and other updates in the last few months, so it is getting very uncertain to predict the date. They want webmaster to change their looks over the PR. Many people use it to sell text links which they don’t like it.

I think the next PR update is scheduled for august 2010.It was supposed to happen on July 7

8th of August 2010, still no Pagerank update. Anyone else see any changes yet? I know there were minor changes in July but most people weren’t affected. I’m still waiting for multiple sites to update.
Google updated PageRanks in July, but it was a little update.
I have a list of link directories where I follow their pagerank and there were not many who got their pagerank update.
The last PR update happened last June. It is expected to happen again this month or the next.

Yes the planning has changed a bit.
Last major update was April the 3rd and next major update should be by the end of this month.

I haven’t been following the PageRank topic for quite a while. Google is definitely changing things and certain niches, like “web directories” took a beating. The directory niche, seems to be a lot more difficult to obtain PageRank than others.
It will be interesting to see what happens to a lot of the web directories out there. From what I see so far, looks like Google has forgiven many web directories that were caught with their hand in the cookie jar.
I think Google will update between 15-20 AUG.
Yes other sites were updated on April 4 but I have seen nothing since I had assumed it would happen in July and nothing but I am hopeful it will occur before the end of August not sure why they change the schedule and if they are going to drop it and concentrate on buzz and other apps that would post and let them rank ahead of sites.

August 16th and still no page rank update. I hope it comes soon! I want my BuySellAd spots to be worth more with my higher page rank. Currently with a PR of 3, but expecting at least a 5.

Google PR update is not so important actually, google update it for google toolbar.
Real Page Rank is dynamic value, Google calculate it every day in its inner search indexes/DB.
Yes you are right, but we all like to see that our PR goes up.
Word is something big, just like “mayday update”, perhaps even bigger, is around the corner to detect web spam better.
So if you are buying links for your websites or if your sites using no no black hat stuff, nice knowing ya’ll.
go to hell with the pagerank update……this is the longest page rank i ever tested.since 1 april 2010 and now,still there is no pagerank update,what the hell with this anyway.
