still waiting for the next PR update..I hope all the linkbuilding I have been doing results in some good PR increases for my sites, I have 470 PR0 sites lol.

Last year, my website has PR 3, went down to PR 1. We have done a lot of cleanup acts with some back-links, can I get back my PR ?

BTW: The website is getting more than 200% increase in traffic as compared to last year.
