Ping Feedburner to update your website RSS feed instantly
Hello guys
, Today i am back with a post which is good for every blogger or those who use Google FeedBurner to create their blog RSS Feed. What is a RSS Feed? RSS Feed is used to share information about your site content with other websites. It is in XML format.
Whenever we write a new blog post or an article, our website feed gets changed and as a result Feedburner automatically scan your default site RSS feed(like http://www.techbusy.org/feed/) to update your Feedburner(like http://feeds.feedburner.com/techbusy).
But do you know Feedburner updates your blog feed after 30 minutes of creating the new article. But now you can easily force Feedburner to update your feed instantly by pinging it.
To ping it go to Feedburner Ping site, add your site and click on PING. Your Feedburner feed will be updated instantly.
This method is good when we want to share some useful information with all the website using your feed.
