Apple iTouch or iPad Touch is a hot gadget these days, most of you must be knowing about Apple’s Touch iPod, but have you ever heard of Facebook Touch? Let me tell you what it is and how can one use it in the right way.
At first look, Facebook Touch might look like twitter to you, but it is very different than twitter. It contains a bunch of user-friendly webpages which shows the latest updates of your friends. By using Facebook Touch, one can easily get the latest news about all the sizzling statuses, naughty notes, vibrant videos, freaky friends and more. One can also consider FB Touch as a faster version of FB, or one can say that it is similar to Facebook Lite in some ways.

Let me introduce you to the various Tabs Options.
There are 4 main tabs, Home, Profile, Friends and Inbox respectively. Let us discuss them one by one.
a). Home: Home is similar to the Home Page of Facebook, it shows the updates of your friends and it contains only valuable updates and ignores the updates of stupid applications.
Sub-tabs of Home:-
- Live Feed: Live Feed shows the status updates, notes, videos and links of friends. You can also like or comment on the stuff.
- Events: “Events” is the second tab under the main tab “Home”, it updates the users about all the past as well as upcoming events. You can check the date and timing on the events page itself, for other details you can click any particular event.
- Requests: Here you can find the friend requests which are still pending, you can accept or reject a pending friend request here.
b). Profile: As the name says, it is similar to Profile Tab of main facebook and you can find all the changes that you made in your profile and all the updates about your online activities.
Sub-tabs of Profile:-
- Wall: Here you can see all your recent activities, your likes etc.
- Info: This tab shows your basic profile information, like birthday, gender, hometown, contact details, websites etc.
- Photos: This tab shows your photo albums, profile pictures and all the images in which you were tagged.
c). Friends: This is the third main tab, under this you can find your friends, you can visit their profiles and you can also find other things like phonebook and pages.
Sub-tabs of Friends:-
- Friends: This section is easy to use, one can search his friends and can visit their profiles.
- Phonebook: Here you can find out the mobile numbers of your friends.
- Pages: The pages that you like are shown under this tab.
d). Inbox: This is the fourth and last main tab. This covers up your message updates, inbox, sent etc. You can also read, send or delete a message from this tab.
Sub-tabs of Inbox:-
- Inbox: Messages received from other Facebook users.
- Sent: Messages sent to other Facebook users.
- Updates: Latest public messages can be found here.
There is another Button which can be located or found at the top left, it shows the updates filtered by the time and date.
Final Verdict: Yes, it is similar to Facebook in almost all ways, but its unbelievably fast and amazing, if you are tired of filtering some good updates out of those stupid games and applications updates then you should definitely give a try to this.
Though it is not as advanced as the real Facebook, but it is really faster than Facebook, give it a try and share your experience.
