I have seen many free tools but most of them offers wrong value.

I have tried it but it shows remotely correct results. Though the service is good but you still need real human appraisal to find the correct worth.
Just tried it dude, But the results are not really impressive> I tried one of my friends site, which is PR2 and it appraises just 10 dollar, whereas my PR1 site is 230 USD
It doesn’t count PR. It is recommended by experts.
Any “expert” in domains would count PR as a factor in value.
