In it you will find a filename ‘fix svchost.bat', use a right click of your mouse to save it on your computer. And lastly there will be a filename ‘WindowsXP-KB927891.exe' which might do the trick.

After downloading these files restart your computer on a safe mode and log in as an administrator into your desktop. Use the run command from the menu to load fix_svchost.bat, follow the same instructions to install WindowsXP-KB927891.exe on to your computer, restart your computer again on a normal mode to carry on your work without any bugs.
